The truffle is harvested exclusively in Cilento and preserved in olive oil to give every recipe an unmistakable flavour. It is practical and ready to use. A simple but important product, it is a valid substitute for fresh truffles. It is ideal for enhancing and garnishing appetisers, pasta dishes, risottos, omelettes, eggs, pizza, meat and fish main courses.
Expiration: 24 months from production, consume within the date stamped on the package.
