Summer Truffle ground in grains and preserved in extra virgin olive oil with salt and flavorings (no preservatives added). Characterized by an intense aroma that finds confirmation on the palate with a strong flavor, never excessive.
Expiration: 24 months from production, consume within the date stamped on the package.
Ideal for: first courses such as tagliatelle and risotto or for red meat dishes. You can also use it for the preparation of quick appetizers by spreading it, for example, on crostini or fried polenta, and to stuff canapés for an unusual aperitif.
